Want to know more about Young Urban Arts Foundation?
Young Urban Art Foundation's mission to empower the lives of young people by strengthening well-being and building opportunities, through creativity and culture, ensuring that they are seen, heard and celebrated.
Within 12 years, we have helped over 19,000 young people and are known for delivering both empowering and creative outreach workshops in hard-to-reach areas where young people are at high-risk of child exploitation, being a victim of crime or those who do not have access to opportunities.
Our charity's programmes are designed around prevention and built to drive creativity, such as our multimedia bus workshops, which we take into communities, as a safe and exciting space to inspire and build their confidence. We also take our facilitators to schools, community centres and youth hubs. Working with partners, we provide young people with opportunities to gain further training or work experience, allowing them to build a long-term rapport and support system.
We are supported by a variety of partners including Sony Music, PRS & Inner City who have helped us deliver music programs across London. We have also achieved London Youth Silver Quality Mark certified by City & Guilds.

To empower the lives of young people by strengthening well-being and building opportunities, through creativity and culture
YUAF share values starting with care, respect, integrity, kindness and maintaining a heart connection between people. These values are interwoven between our
beneficiaries, community partners, delivery & management team and our young creatives - they are the source of our work.
By 2025, we aim to empower 3,000 young people per year to having every young person is seen, heard and celebrated
YUAF is inclusive and equal to all and care about the personal and educational development of our youth community, going the extra mile to enable progression.
YUAF build an effective, lasting relationship in key areas of local communities and deliver positive outcomes for youth communities
YUAF encourage young people to take charge of their lives and provide resources to transform their beliefs that bring behavioural change, values & attitudes
YUAF was born from passion of music and the arts which are used as a tool for self-expression and empowerment. YUAF believe that we are all inherently creative and you do not need to be an artist or musician to create
YUAF pride ourselves in offering valuable experiences to uplift and motivate

Our Young Future Creatives
Youth Leadership is of paramount importance and runs through EVERY strand of our organisation so we formed our YFC: a group of
young people who have been part of our programmes and now give their input to the development of Young Urban Arts Foundation.
One of our Youth Trustees, Adam Gill , chairs the group who review our programmes and highlight what topics are impacting the youth community. Adam also works to secure funding for YUAF youth-led projects.
Internships and Youth Volunteering
